Breakfast Croissant Recipe
2 pkg. (8 each) crescent rolls
shredded cheddar cheese
8-9 eggs scrambled
1 lb. sausage, browned
(We substitued veggies for sausage on one.)
Roll out crescent rolls and press seams together. Put eggs, sausage (or veggies) and cheese down the center. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut strips on each side of the crescent roll. Pull the strips over the top and twist or tie a know with the end of the strips. Brush egg white on the outside. Cook according to instructions on crescent roll package.
