How are you guys (mostly Rachel & baby) doing? You're getting close! :)

Rachel and baby boy are doing great! Thanks for asking. Her back and hip are feeling very good, and her stomach is growing preposterously large. Today is exactly one month until our due date and we can barely wait. Baby boy likes to move and jiggle and wiggle and dance a lot. And my broken rib is mending well.
I must have missed something...how did you break your rib??? I am glad to know that you are on the mend, though! :)
Keep us posted a lot in the next month! We are sooo excited for him to get here!
yeah, i never actually told anyone except mom and dad about my rib. i broke it or cracked it a few weeks ago when i tripped running and landed with my hand balled up in a fist on my rib. it was very painful for a couple weeks, but has been improving steadily, and now only hurts when i sit up or laugh hard.
on the baby front - we had our 36 week appointment today and our doctor said the baby is probably close to 7 pouds already, and is fully engaged. He also said Rachel's cervix is very soft and already slightly dilated. His bottom line was, this boy may come a little early. Maybe not, but he said he would be 'surprised' if he was late.
i didn't know about the rib either! glad you're healing. and thanks for the info about the baby. we're all waiting anxiously (i'm sure you're a bit more anxious, but we're close behind!). do you have your bags packed and ready? i think it was about at 36 weeks that we started to get that stuff ready just in case...of course at 41 weeks when she still wasn't here....well, i hope your little guy does come early!:)
